You can easily track how learning is progressing in your organization. This can be done at an overall organization level or at a course level. Let us look at how to view these analytics.

Viewing Aggregate Analytics

You can view the aggregate analytics for the courses in Keka Learn using the Dashboard section. To get here, go to Keka Learn from the left navigation pane. You should be on the Dashboard page.

On the top of the page, you can view the aggregate analysis for the courses you have currently published. You can view the Number of active courses as well as the Total Active Learners in the total stats column.

You can also view the overall Completion Rate for all the courses that is currently active. It shows you the percentage of enrolled learners who has completed the course within the allotted time.

You can also view the user trend on a yearly basis to understand the enrollment and completion trends across all the courses in your Keka Learn module.

Viewing course wise analytics

To view the analytics for any published course, select the relevant course from the Dashboard or the Manage Courses tab of Keka Learn.

You can view the course analytics at a glance on this screen. Here are some of the insights available to you.

  • Learner Insights: Gives you a breakdown of how the learners are progressing in the course. You can see what percentage of learners have finished the course, failed the course, completed it and is in the process of completing the course.
  • Completion rate and time taken to complete:  This tells you important details such as the overall completion rate of this course as well as the average time a learner is taking to complete the course. You can also filter this information based on time ranges of your choice.

You can also view learner wise progress in the Learners section below. You can see the status of each learner as well as the Average score and the Progress.
