When you log into Keka Learn, the dashboard is the first thing you see. What you see on this page depends on your role and permissions. If you're an employee with Learn Privileges, you will find important metrics like the number of active users, new enrolments, completion rate, and user trends.

But if you're just an ordinary employee, you'll see all the available courses listed there. It's a simple way to keep track of your learning journey or manage training programs. Let us now understand about the dashboard in detail.

At the top of the screen, you will find valuable insights into user activity. This includes details on completion rates, overall statistics, and user trends. Each section, or widget, offers crucial information.

Overall Stats: the overall stats widget gives you the total number of active courses and learners.

Completion Rate: The completion rate widget shows the percentage of course completion across all users.

User Trend Graphs: The user trends graph displays enrolment numbers each month along with course completion data. This graph’s data can also be filtered by years.

Under the analytical data, you will come across a variety of courses available for your organization.

These courses range from those currently being worked on, to the ones that are popular, and even those that have just been added.

The Keka Learn dashboard offers insights and resources based on user roles. For employees with

Learn admin privileges, it provides key metrics for tracking learning progress, while employees can easily access available courses. It's a user-friendly tool for managing training and fostering continuous learning within organizations.
