Offer and Pre-boarding Privileges for Recruiters

Modified on Thu, 24 Aug, 2023 at 1:55 PM

We are excited to announce a feature that enables recruiters to manage the preboarding and offer process for their own candidates. This feature will allow recruiters to own the hiring process end-to-end, resulting in a better candidate experience and improved efficiency.

With the "Manage offer and preboarding" privilege token, recruiters will be able to manage the offer and pre-boarding of candidates owned or sourced by them. This will streamline the hiring process and help organizations scale their recruitment efforts.

The feature is available in the "Offer Management" section under "Settings" >> "Users & Permissions" >> "Roles" >> "Recruiter". By default, these privileges will be disabled, and admins can enable them according to the organization's needs.

Admins can enable a variety of preboarding privileges, including the ability to move candidates to the preboarding stage, start, cancel, manage, and upload candidate documents, and verify candidate documents. For offer management, admins can enable the ability to add offers directly, generate offer letters, release, revise, and revoke offer letters.

Note: Recruiters, based on their assigned privileges, can view and manage the offer and pre-boarding process for candidates they have sourced and are assigned as the candidate owner. They can also manage candidates with "No owner" in the offer and pre-boarding tab. This privilege is only applicable to the recruiter persona and not external recruiters.

We believe that this feature will greatly improve the recruitment process and look forward to seeing the positive impact it will have on our customers' hiring efforts.
