We are excited to introduce our new feature, Talent Pool! With Talent Pool, you can save and organize potential job candidates for future reference, ensuring you never miss out on top talent.
Sometimes you might come across promising candidates online, but there are no immediate job openings. Or maybe you rejected a candidate today who could be perfect for a future role. With Talent Pool, you can group candidates by skill, experience, or any other relevant criteria for your organization, so you can easily find them later when needed.
To get started with Talent Pool, simply navigate to the Candidates tab and click on "Talent Pool." From there, you can create new pools by clicking on "Add new pool," and you can also share pools with others, which makes it very efficient to collaborate with the team. You can view all shared pools in the "Shared with you" tab, all the pools created by you in the "My pools" tab, and all the pools created by the entire recruitment team in the "All Pool" tab. It's important to note that only admins have visibility to all the pools.
Once the pool is created, you can add candidates individually or in bulk, and you can even import candidates from other job postings or Excel.
Once you have added candidates to your Talent Pool, you can quickly filter and sort them based on experience or when they were added. You can also move candidates to jobs or different pools, send them emails, add notes, or archive them.
We understand that privacy is critical when it comes to managing candidates' data. Therefore, we have included two new privileges under Settings > User Roles and Permissions > Roles > Talent Pool Privileges, so you can control who has access to manage your Talent Pool and its candidates.
When you post a new job, you can quickly import candidates from your Talent Pool by selecting the pool names and the specific candidates you want to add.
We're confident that Talent Pool will help make your recruitment process more efficient and effective.
