Department heads need to have access to the details of the Employees in the department so that they can manage their department better.
A department head can see the leave details of employees in the department by going to My Team (1) and select Leave (2). Now under Leave, you can navigate to any section and you will see the Drop-down (3) available for departments that you are added as a Department head. Once you select the department you will be able to see the Leave details of the employees in it.
In case you would like to download reports for leave you can Navigate to the report section and go to any Leave report.
In the report you want you can select the Department available under Reporting type and select the other details required then click Run. Now to download the report, you can click the Download Icon available.
