For department objectives, department heads may wish to restrict the visibility of their objectives outside their respective departments.Taking this into consideration Keka offers you the flexibility to adjust the visibility setting so as to restrict to their respective department members.
Here's how this setting can be changed -
Go to the Performance (1) module where you'll see the Objectives (2) section. Under Settings (3), Objective Settings (4) Click on the Edit (5) to edit the visibility settings.
Uncheck Visible to All Employees (1) and click Save (2)
This is how the performance admin can change the visibility settings.
