How to configure/edit approval chain for objectives?

When employees add their own objectives, it becomes pertinent that there is a check for objectives that the employees have added. In order to address this, in keka you can enable objective approval for objectives that are added by the employee.


To enable approval for objectives, in Performance (1) under Objectives (2) select Settings (3) and go to Approval Settings (4). In the Approval settings page check Require approval for Require Approval for Individual Objectives. In the box provided under Approval Chain, when you click, you can see the different roles that you can add in the approval chain. You can also search for a specific employee in case you want the approval for all employee objectives to go to the same employee. In case there are additional levels of approval you can Add New Level. Once you have made the necessary change click on Save Settings (5).



Also if you want approval for Department objective you can use the check box Require approval for Department Objectives and follow the same process as above.
