The email trigger feature for remote clock-in approvals and rejections can be useful in notifying relevant parties promptly about the status of a request. However, when managers receive an overwhelming number of clock-in request emails, processing them can be time-consuming. To reduce the time spent on managing remote clock-ins, disabling email triggers is a viable option.
Keka offers the flexibility to enable or disable email triggers for remote clock-in requests. This feature helps in efficiently managing the clock-in process in a remote or hybrid work environment. Here's how to access and customize this feature:
Click on the Global settings (1) icon present in the header section of the portal and from there, navigate to Integrations and Automation (2), and select Event Triggers (3).
Once you've accessed Event Triggers, search for 'remote' (1) to find the triggers for remote clock-in approvals and rejections. From here, you can toggle (2) the status of the triggers for different action types such as email, Slack, push notifications, and more.
By managing these triggers, you can ensure that remote clock-in requests are handled efficiently and effectively, which can have a positive impact on team productivity and morale. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to reach out to the relevant support team for help.
