When the performance review is based on feedback taken from a wide range of employees like Reporting manager, Peers, subordinates, and others the employee interacts with, it is usually defined as a 360-degree review. Sometimes even clients that are not part of the organizations participate in the reviews.
In Keka, you can select the employees who are part of the review cycle in the first step and you can define who can nominate these reviewers.
To define reviewers for the 360-degree review in Keka, go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Here under Review groups, you can see all the Review groups (3) and Review Cycles under it.
Now for the review cycle click options (3 dots) and select Cycle Settings.
On the first page under who can provide review for employees, you can select Self and Reporting Manager. You can also select if Project manager can provide review. Then click on Add more Reviewers.
In the window select the Reviewers you want using the check box and click Save.
Then you need to select Who can nominate the employees for the reviewers you selected. You can either select Self or Reporting Manager. You need to also enter the Minimum and Maximum number of employees allowed for any type of reviewer. Once done you can click Next to move to the next page.
Then set up the remaining part of the review form and Save these settings.
Hope the process to add reviewers for 360 reviews is now clear. Need more help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact us!
