How to enable Birthday/Anniversary Email Triggers?

Birthdays and work anniversaries are special days for employees. While Keka Dashboard displays the employees who have birthdays or work anniversaries on that day and upcoming days, sending emails to all employees is certainly a great idea. You can do this using the email triggers that have been pre-configured on Keka. 



To enable the Email Triggers for Birthdays or Anniversaries, go to Global Settings by clicking on the settings icon at the top of the page next to your organization name (1). Select Integrations & Automation (2) from the left pane and select the Event Triggers (3) tab. 



Search for the Employee Anniversary or Employee Birthday event trigger using the search bar or using the various filters on this page. Enable the emails using the toggle button. 



Enabling this will trigger emails to all employees in your organization for anniversaries and birthdays. Not yet clear on birthdays and anniversary emails? Talk to our product experts today!
