How to view employee demography reports?

To maintain a diverse and inclusive workplace, organizations need to consider various demographic segments such as age, gender, occupation, cultural background, and family status. Keka offers multiple Employee Demography reports, making it convenient to access and analyze all employee data without the need for manual searching. Now, let's explore where we can view and download these important demography reports.

Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka portal, and click on Dashboard (2). Then, go to the Employee Reports (3). 

Now, scroll down to find the Employee Demography card, where you can find the reports - Family Info, Contact Info, Blood Group Info, Education Details, Past Experience Details, Birthday Report, Work Anniversary Report & Marriage Anniversary Report.
