Continuous feedback plays a significant role in employee performance management. By sharing feedback on a continuous basis, the employee can make necessary changes and improve their performance basis the feedback received.
Keka allows managers to leave feedback on employee profiles, which can be seen by the employee. This feedback is a reference for an employee to understand & improvise their performance.
Let us take a look at how we can give feedback to an employee.
Search for the employee's profile on the Global Search (1) bar and open the employee's profile. Find the Give Personal Feedback (2) icon from the top of the employee profile page.
On the Give Personal Feedback to Employee window, add the note in the Personal Feedback (1) field, and then you have to click on Submit (2) to save the feedback. You may click on Add Attachment if you wish to attach certain documents.
Alternatively, you can go to the Performance (1) section of the employee's profile, and under Continous Feedback (2) you will find the Feedback (3) section. Here, click on Give Feedback (4).
Again the same window will open where you can add the note in the Personal Feedback (1) field and then click on Submit (2) to save the feedback for the employee. You may click on Add Attachment if you wish to attach certain documents.
