In Keka, any employee can praise another employee for their contributions or any help that the former has received. These praises can be posted on the Keka wall and also be revisited from the employee profile.
To view the praise an employee has received in Global Search enter the employee's name and go to the employees profile.
Here under About in Summary you will find the badges of praise given to an employee under Praise. Click View all to view all the praise with comments.
You can also go to Performance and Select Continuous Feedback to check the Praise given to any employee.
