How give employee Praise and Certificate of Appreciation on Keka?

The Keka portal provides employees with an opportunity to express gratitude towards their colleagues for the support they have received or to appreciate their recognized qualities. They can post praises and badges on the organization or department wall, which can be viewed and engaged with by the respective employees. You can also give an official certificate of appreciation along with the badge.

There are several ways in which an employee can be appreciated by their colleagues on Keka.

How to praise an employee from the homepage?

On the Home screen of your portal, click on the Praise (1) option. Then, search for the employee (2) you wish to praise and write a note of appreciation (3). Select a relevant badge (4) to accompany the praise. 

You can preview the Certificate of Appreciation once you select the badge.

If you want to showcase the employee's work, you can attach file(s) to the post. Once you've composed the praise, choose where you want to post this and click on Post.

Once the post is submitted, the employee will receive an email trigger acknowledging the received praise. This will be considered as part of the continuous feedback methodology within the performance management section.

How to praise an employee from their profile?

Open the employee's profile and click the Give Praise icon in the top right.

This will open the Give Praise window and here you can write the note of appreciation and select a badge, and again, you can also preview the official Certificate of Appreciation before posting.

You can also post this appreciation on a wall. Finally, add a relevant attachment and click on Submit to post the praise. 

Alternatively, you can go to the Performance (1) tab on the employee's profile and then open the Continous Feedback (2) section. Here, under Praise (3), you will find the option to Give Praise (4).

Now, the praise given to the employee will be displayed in their profile. Although the visibility of the certificates is limited to the people giving and receiving praise.
