Keka allows managers to leave feedback on employee profiles, which can be seen by employee & their managers can see. This feedback serves as a reference for an employee to understand & improvise their performance. While checking the feedback by visiting each employee's profile can be tiresome. Keka offers you to generate a report on the feedback given to the employees, across the organization.
Let us take a look at how we can generate a report on the feedback given.
Navigate to the Performance (1) tab, then click on Reports (2). Under the Report section, you will find the Feedback card.
Click on Employee Feedback(3).
Select the Date Range (1) for which you wish to generate the report for, & click on Run (2).
You may use the other available filters to generate a report as per your requirement.
