Updating 'Project Health' for individual projects

In Keka PSA, regularly updating the project health for individual projects is crucial to ensure accurate tracking and monitoring. By keeping the project health up to date, you can assess progress, identify issues or risks, and take necessary actions to keep the project on track. Let's explore how you can update the project health for individual projects in Keka PSA.

To update the project health, navigate to the Project (1) section and click on Projects (2). Here, you'll find the Project list of all the Active projects undertaken by your organization. Alternatively, you can access all projects by going to the All Projects section.

Next, locate the project (3) for which you want to update the health and click on it to access the project details page. 

Within the project details, find the Health (1) section and click on the Update Health (2) button.

A new window will appear, allowing you to update the Status for various Health parameters. You can also provide Comments to offer additional context or information. Then update the answer to the Status questions. Once you've made the necessary updates, simply click the Update button to save the changes.

In addition to individual updates, Keka PSA also provides the functionality to send reminder emails to project managers for updating project health. To send reminders, go to the Project (1) section and navigate to Projects (2). Open the Project Health (3) tab and you'll find a list of projects for which you can send reminders.

You can filter the project list based on a preferred date range to focus on projects requiring attention. Once you've applied the filter, you can select multiple projects and send a reminder for all of them at once by clicking the Remind button. 

Alternatively, for individual projects, you can go to the three dots in the actions column and click Remind to send a reminder email specifically for that project.
