Apart from Admins, who are given global permissions for Projects and can manage all projects, you can assign Project manager. Project managers will have access to the Projects they are assigned to only and cannot view other projects. You can also control the access the project managers can have.
A project manager typically can manage Tasks and Team and also View and Manage Financials. The access can be defined at Project Manager level.
To edit the permissions go to Project (1) and select Projects (2). Here under Project List you can find Active Projects. You can then select the project you want.
In the project move to Settings and select Project Managers. You can then click on Manage Project managers.
In the page you can select the permissions that you want to give to the individual Project managers using the check box. Once done, you can click Save.
Hope the process to edit permissions for Project managers is now clear. Need more Help? You can refer to the other articles available or Contact us!
