A client typically refers to an individual, organization, or entity that engages in the services or purchases the products of another business. While an organization must be working on multiple different projects & each project has its own client, and there might be some situations where you might have to delete a Client from your repository, who is not associated with any projects. Keka offers you the ability to delete a client that was added.
Let us take a look at how can we delete a Client in Keka
Navigate to Project (1), then click on Clients (2). You will be able to see all the Clients that are added in Keka PSA.
Click on the 3 Dots (3) under Actions & select Delete (4).
On the pop-up window, enter DELETE (1) in the text area and click on Delete (2) to delete the client.
Please note that a client can only be deleted if there are no projects assigned under that particular client
