How to check the Audit history of assets?

Modified on Tue, 18 Jul, 2023 at 5:24 PM

Organizations commonly provide employees with assets like laptops, desktops, software access, headphones, and more to aid their work and ensure system security. When an admin needs to replace an asset or recover it upon an employee's exit, they may want an overview of the asset's history, including all details and changes made to it.

Now, let's explore how to check the audit history of assets.

Go to the Org (1) section of the Keka portal, and click on Assets (2). Then click on Asset List (3), and select the required Asset Category (4).

Click on the 3 dots (2) under Actions against the Asset Name (1) for which you want to check the history, and then select View Audit History (3) from the dropdown.

On the overlay window, you will be able to see the audit history of the selected asset. You can view what details were edited when and by whom to keep track.
