How to check the report of recovered assets?

Organizations often provide various assets such as laptops, desktops, software access, headphones, and more to facilitate employee tasks and maintain system and database security. When it comes to replacing an asset with a new one or recovering assets during employee exits, an admin might want to get an overview of all the recovered assets throughout the organization along with other details like asset condition, recovery date, etc..

Keka gives you the ability to generate a report of all recovered assets throughout the organization.

Let us take a look at the steps to get the report of recovered assets - 

Go to the Org (1) section and click on Assets (2). Then, go to the Reports (3) tab.

Here, click on the 3rd Report that says "Recovered Assets".

Select the Date Range and click on Run. You can also try to filter on the basis of Asset Category, Asset Type, and Asset Location. Once you click on Run, the list of recovered assets will appear.

Once the report is generated, you can also Download (1) the report.
