In every organization, an attendance policy is in place to outline the various methods employees use to mark their attendance, such as biometrics or web clock-in/out. However, there are instances when employees forget to clock in or out during their working hours, resulting in what we refer to as "missing swipes".
Tracking these missing swipes for each employee individually can be quite challenging. That is why Keka provides a comprehensive report that allows you to easily check the list of employees with missing swipes.
To download the missing swipes report go to the Time Attend (1) section of the Keka Portal and click on Reports (2).
Then scroll down to the Negligence Reports, where you will be able to find Missing Swipes - In/Out Swipes Missing.
In the window that opens, select the date range(Mandatory), Business unit, and department (1) based on your requirement then you can click on Run (2). Once we click on Run The Missing Swipe report will get generated. Where you find the Total Missing Swipes (3) for an employee. You can click on the download icon to download in the Excel/PDF format (4)
