When employees join an organization, admins set the Tracking Policy for all the employees. Tracking Policy is the policy set by the organization in order to track the attendance. But for new employees, some organization doesn't want employees to fall in the tracking policy due to different reasons like training sessions as the employees might not complete the actual gross hours due to different timing/slots of the training sessions etc. Keka provides you with an option to set number of days to exempt new joining employees from tracking policy for a few days from date of joining.
Below is the path to exempt new joining employees from tracking policy for a few days from date of joining-
Go to the Time Attend (1) section of the Keka Portal and click on Settings (2). Then go to the General (3) tab.
Once you reach to the General tab, go to the Additional Settings section, and tick the check box of Exempt employees from all penalization for "x" days after their joining date (1) and click on Save (2).
Once you click on Save, above settings would be changed.
