How to clone objectives from a previous timeframe?

In the Performance management module, in cases where employees may have similar objectives for multiple timeframes, it may be more convenient for the admin to copy/clone the previously added objectives and assign them to the employees. The Keka PMS module offers the ability to copy & clone the objectives from one timeframe to another.

Let us take a look at how can we copy & clone the objectives.

Navigate to the Performance (1), then click on the Objectives (2) tab, where you can access the Administration (3) section and select the No or Fewer Objectives (4) option.

Once you have reached the No or Fewer objective section, click on the Bulk Assign Objectives hyperlink, as shown in the image below.

Now, you will be able to see all the Objectives that are added into Keka portal.

Select the timeframe(1) from which you wish to clone the objective, then select the Objectives(2) that you want to clone & click on Copy/Clone Ojectives(3).

You may use the Department or Objective type filter to sort the objectives list as per your requirement.

Select the Timeframe(1) that you wish to copy & assign the objectives, Select the Employee's Name(2) to whom, you wish to assign the objectives and click on Assign to Employees(3).

You may use the Department, Location or Job title filter to sort the employee's list as per your requirement.

The objectives will be cloned to the new time frame & will be visible to employees.

The Objective Terminology might vary based on the settings configured by your Organization.
