How to change from equal weightages to User-defined weightage for Objectives?

Modified on Tue, 6 Feb at 3:16 PM

An employee may have more than one objective and all the objectives may not contribute equally to measuring an employee's performance rating. Some Objectives hold more weightage over an employee's performance when compared to the rest. Though this is not recommended, keka gives you the option to have User-defined weightages for objectives.

In order to enable user Defined weightages, Navigate to Performance (1) and then go to Objectives (2). Under Objectives search for Settings (3) and you will see Objective settings. Under Objective Settings Edit the Additional Objective settings (4).

In the edit window, check the box which says Allow user-defined weightages for (5) and in the Dropdown select Objectives, Key Results or Objectives and Key Results. Once you have made the selection click Save (6).

Hope this helped you know how to enable user-defined weightages for Objectives. Need more help? Feel free to go through the other articles available or Contact Us!
