How can an employee add weightages for objectives?

In an organization, every employee are assigned certain goals which they expect the employees to achieve by the end of the performance cycle. The goals are usually assigned weightages based on which the ratings are calculated and taken into consideration.


Here's how weightages can be assigned to objectives - 


Go to the Me (1) tab and into the Performance (2) section where you'll see the Objectives (3) tab. Under My Objectives (4) select Allocate weights here (5) 


Allocate the values until it sums upto 100 and click on Allocate to save the same.


This is how you can allocate weightages to employee objectives on Keka.
