During the performance cycle, the employees are expected to update the progress of their objectives from time to time so as to maintain track of their performance throughout the cycle. in Keka employees have a dedicated performance dashboard on their profile to keep track and maintain the same.
Here's how an employee can update the progress of their objectives on their profile -
Go to the Me (1) tab and into the Performance (2) section, you'll see the Objectives (3) and My Objectives tab where the list of objectives under the current active timeframe can be seen. Click on the Update Progress (4) button under the Actions.
Enter the latest value (1), Select a status (2), and click Save (3)
