In a review cycle, in order to add objectives in the review form, you need to add timeframes. The objectives linked to the timeframe are then added in the review form. Once you have created the review cycle but want to change the Timeframe of objectives to be reviewed, you can do so before initiating the reviews for any employee.
If reviews are initiated for any employee, you need to cancel the reviews in order to edit the timeframe.
In order to edit the Timeframe go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Under Review group select the review cycle in which you would like to make the change and under options click Cycle Settings (3).
On the page move to Setup Review form and under Objectives you can edit the timeframe selected. You can remove the timeframes by clicking on the "x" mark and use the drop-down to add objectives. Once done you can click Next.
