How to add objectives as review parameter in review form of a review cycle?

Modified on Tue, 6 Feb at 3:15 PM

The review process is the procedure where reporting manager or team leader evaluates employees’ accomplishments and progress towards the objective and goals. It happens by comparing achievements with preset expectations and providing feedback to the employees about the same.

As per the organization's performance management policy, the admin may wish to take into consideration the objectives for employees as part of the review cycle. Keka allows you to enable objectives as part of the review cycle in the cycle settings.

Here's how you can do the same -

Navigate to the Performance (1) section where you'll find the Reviews (2) section and under that the Review Groups (3) tab. In the Review Cycles (4) section under a review group you get the start setup button.

Click on Start Setup to open up the cycle settings page.

Go to the 2nd section Setup Review forms (1), where you have options to select the Objectives(Goals) (2) as the parameter to be evaluated, hence adding them to the review form and select the relevant Timeframe (3) for the objective.

And that's it. This is how Keka simplifies the process of incorporating objectives within the review cycle, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of employees' performance. In case you have any more doubts, don't hesitate in reaching out to our support team who are always ready to help you out.
