In most scenarios, the progress of an objective in an employee's profile which is usually backed by data is the parameter that helps the RMs suggest a rating for the employee's performance in the review form. Keka offers you the option to auto-populate the ratings as per the progress updated.
Here's how you can enable the same -
Go to the Performance (1) module and into the Reviews (2) section. Under the Review groups tab check the cycle for which the setting needs to be enabled.
Under the required cycle, click Start Setup to start the process
In the second section Setup Review forms (1) . Make sure the objectives (2) parameter is selected. Then check Auto populate the ratings in review form on objectives based on objective progress.
This is how you can enable autopopulation of objectives based on review progress.
