The review process is the procedure where reporting manager or team leader evaluates employees’ accomplishments and progress towards the objective and goals. It happens by comparing achievements with preset expectations and providing feedback to the employees about the same.
As per the organization's performance management policy, the admin may wish to add certain questions for the reviewers as well as the employees as part of the review cycle. Keka allows you to enable questions as part of the review cycle in the cycle settings.
Here's how you can do the same -
Navigate to the Performance (1) section where you'll find the Reviews (2) section and under that the Review Groups (3) tab. In the Review Cycles (4) section under a review group you get the start setup button.
Click on Start Setup to open up the cycle settings page.
Go to the 2nd section Setup Review forms (1), where you have options to select the Questions, Objectives(Goals), Competencies and Core Values as parameters to be evaluated, hence adding them to the review form.
Once we check Questions (2) as a parameter, click on Add Question (3)
Once you click on +Add Questions a dialogue box will open where you need to click on +Add Question (1) where you can create your own question or you will be able to see the pre-defined Questions(2) on the right side.
Then you can choose the response type (3) for the question If require you can check the box of Allow attachments for this question and click on Save (4). Once the questions have been selected or created you click on Save(5)
And that's it. This is how Keka simplifies the process of incorporating questions within the review cycle, ensuring a comprehensive evaluation of employees' performance. In case you have any more doubts, don't hesitate in reaching out to our support team who are always ready to help you out.
