During a review cycle, if multiple reviewers need to have the same questions, Keka provides the option to copy the questions from one reviewer instead of entering them repeatedly. The copied questions also assist other reviewers when they fill out the form. They can view the responses below these questions if the visibility setting is configured.
To copy questions, go to Performance (1) and select Reviews (2). Under the Review group, select the Review Cycle. For the Review cycle, under options, select Cycle Settings (3).
In the window, move to Setup Review Form and select Add Questions.
Here, click Copy Questions.
Then, Choose the Reviewer and select the Questions you would like to copy. Once done, click Save.
You can then verify the questions and the answer types and click Save again to add the questions to the reviewer.
Hope the process of copying questions from a different reviewer is clear. Need more help? You can refer to our other articles available or Contact us!
