How to create a Questions Template?

When you have repetitive questions that can be used in different review cycles or for different reviewers, instead of typing it always you can create templates to choose from. You can have multiple questions for different reviewers in the template.

To add questions go to Perofrmance (1) and select Reviews (2) and search for Questions (3). Under Questions click Add question (4).

In the window under Question, write the question, Choose Response type and also selecy the This Quesiton belongs to which reviewer. You can select multiple reviewers for the same Question. In case you want to make comment Mandatory you can also use the Make Comment Mandatory check box. Once done click Add to add the quesiton in the template.
