How to copy questions in Review form for a reviewer?

Modified on Tue, 6 Feb at 3:16 PM

The review process is the procedure where the reporting manager or team leader evaluates employees’ accomplishments and progress towards the objective and goals. It happens by comparing achievements with preset expectations and providing feedback to the employees about the same. As per the organization's performance management policy, an admin may wish to add certain questions for the reviewers. However, adding questions for multiple reviewers can be tiresome. Keka allows you to copy the questions added to another reviewer.

Let us take a look at how can we copy the question added for a reviewer.

Navigate to the Performance (1) tab, then click on Reviews (2) & you will be directed to Review Groups (3) under Reviews Tab.

Select the Review group (1) in which you wish to make changes & then click on Review Cycle (2)

Click on Start Setup to open up the cycle settings page.

In case you wish to make changes to an existing review cycle, then click on the 3dots (1), under the review cycle, that is yet to be launched. Then select Cycle settings (2).

Over the next window, navigate to the 2nd step SETUP REVIEW FORMS Under Setup review forms, click on +Add Questions

Please note that, the questions need to be added for atleast 1 review participant for us to copy the questions.

On the overlay window, click on Copy Questions.

Over the next Overlay window, select the reviewer type (1) from which you wish to copy the questions, select the Questions (2) that you wish to copy & click on Save (3) to add the questions for the review participant.
