Access your organization's billing and payment information conveniently through the billing.keka.com portal. This platform allows you to view your current subscription plan, check credit balances, and manage payments for your subscription period.
Only billing users have access to the billing portal. Additionally, it's important to know that a billing user can be someone external to the Keka portal, not necessarily an employee within the system.
If you're a global admin and also a billing user, here's how you can access the Keka billing and payment portal:
First, click on the Global Settings icon (1) located next to the name of your organization. Then, select the Keka Account & Billing (2) section. Within the Billing section, you'll find the option to access the Billing Portal (3) specifically for your organization.
