If you're an admin and you've asked for help from Keka's support team, know that our agents might need to look into your account to assist you better. You can easily check what actions they took by viewing the activity logs, which are accessible to global admins.
To do so, go the Global Settings (1) Page and into the Keka account & Billing (2) section where you can see the Support Access Tab (3) and Access Settings Log (4).
On this page, you can see a complete history of all support interactions that have taken place on the portal. That's all you need to know to keep track of support activities!
