How to change the billing setting for a Project in Keka?

Projects in Keka may be billable or non-billable. Here in Keka Billable projects can be further classified into two types. The first one is Billing based on Time and material where clients are billed based on the total hours spent on the project and the expenses liked to the project. The second one is Billing based on Milestones where clients are billed after a particular milestone in the project is reached irrespective of the work hours.

To change the billing type for a project go to Project (1) and select Projects (2). Here move to Project List and select Active Projects where you can see the list of all the active projects. Then click on the Project Name you would like to change the billing for.

Here Navigate to Billing and click Configure available beside Billing settings.

In the window, you can change the Billing Model as required. Once you have selected it click Update.

Please note that you can change the Billing Frequency only once during the initial setup. Once the Billing frequency is setup it cannot be changed.
