How to add/update billing roles to a project's task?

A company may need to update resource/team details in order to keep up with the project requirements.  Along with adding the employees to the project, billing role also needs to be assigned to the employees along with the bill rate that has been set. 

Follow the below path to add the same - 

While adding tasks Go to the Project (1) section of the Keka Portal and click on Projects (2). Then go to the Project List (3).


You'll be taken to the Active Projects (1) tab, now click on any project under which tasks need to be added. 

Here, we are taking Azure Mobile App (2) project, for instance. 


Once you click on the project, the project's page will open. 

To add the Billing Role while adding a new resource - 


Click on the Billing Role (1) and select the role from the dropdown, and click on Add (2).

To change/update the Billing role - 


Go to the Team (1) section of the project, and click on the pen icon (2) to update the Billing Role. 


Select the Billing Role (1) and click on the Tick (2) mark.


This is how you can update the Billing role of the employee.
