Keka provides the option to make certain employee profiles private, restricting their visibility to all employees except for privileged users such as Global Admin, HR Executives, and Managers.
To make a profile private, go to the Org section, and under Employees, you will find the Private Profiles tab.
Here you can Search and Add an employee to make their profile private.
By taking this action, the employee's profile will no longer appear on any search bar, Org tree, or employee directory. The profile will only be accessible to the employee who owns it.
