Keka provides the option to make certain employee profiles private, restricting their visibility to all employees except for privileged users such as Global Admin, HR Executives, and Managers. Once added, you can remove the restriction for employees from the private profile and make the profile visible to all employees again.
To remove an employee from the Private profile, go to the Org (1) section and select the Employees (2) tab. Then, go to Private Profiles (3) and search for the employee you would like to remove from Private Profile in the Search bar provided. Click on the Delete Icon (4) against the required employee.
In the popup, click Confirm(5) and the employee will be removed from the Private profile.
