How to add the reason for unavailable status and conditions for Assets?

In an organization, various kinds of assets are assigned to the employees, as per their job roles. If these assets are used by the employees regularly, there are chances of assets being unavailable due to damage, lost, and repair. Keka allows you to add custom reasons for the unavailability of assets.


The path mentioned below will enable you to update the status and condition of the assets.


Go to the Org (1) section from the left navigation pane,  and click on Assets(2) in this tab, you can find Settings(3) click on it.


Under the Settings section, you can find the tab of Unavailable Status(1),below this click on Add Reason(2).



Add the reason of unavailability in Name of the reason and you provide a description for it. Click on Add to save the reason.



Under the Settings section you can find the Asset Condition(1) tab where you can update the condition of the asset as Fair, Good and Poor. Click on Add Condition(2).


Enter the name if the condition and add some description if you want elaborate the condition and click on Add to update the condition.
