How to Manage Asset Conditions in Keka
To create asset conditions in Keka, follow these steps:
Navigate to Org from the left navigation pane and select Assets. Select the Settings tab and then select Asset Conditions.
Click on +Add Condition to create a new asset condition. Provide a condition name and description for the new condition.
Click on the Add button to add the new condition.
Standard Asset Conditions
Keka provides you with three standard asset conditions by default, you can edit or delete these statuses if required:
1. Fair: This condition can be used to mark those assets that are functional. These assets generally require minor repairs.
2. Good: This condition can be used to mark those assets that are fully functional and that require no major repairs.
3. Poor: This condition can be used to mark those assets that are not functional. These assets generally require major repairs and are deemed unfit for usage.
Editing or Deleting Asset Conditions
To edit or delete an existing asset condition, follow these steps:
Navigate to Org and then select the Assets tab. Go to the Settings tab and select Asset Conditions.
Find the condition you want to edit or delete and click on the Edit or Delete icon under actions.
If you're editing the condition, make the necessary changes and click on the Update button. If you're deleting the condition, confirm the deletion by clicking on the Delete button.
How To Assign An Asset Condition To An Asset
Navigate to Org and select Asset. Go to the Asset List tab here.
While adding an asset under the asset category and asset type you can set the asset condition under the Asset Condition dropdown.
