Background verification of employees is essential for every organization inorder to understand the accuracy of the details details provided by the employees during there onboarding.
Accessing Background Verification Tab
To initiate background verification process for and employee click on Org(1) from the left navigation menu and navigate to Onboarding(2) and click on Background Verifications(3).
Note: The Background Verification tab is only visible if a background verification partner is integrated and enabled on Keka.
Initiating Background Verification
Click on Start New Verification to initiate a background verification process for employees.
You can only initiate background verification for an employee once.
Once you click on "Confirm and Proceed" you will have to select employees for whom you wish to initiate BGV
In the first tab Select Employees, click on select employees to add employees to the verification process.
Once a background verification is initiated, you can track the status of the BGV from Org > Onboarding > Background Verification
Once the background verification is completed from the BGV vendor, you could find the report across the employee entry by clicking on the review button.
You can review the report and take a decision of pass & fail on the report by clicking on "Take decision"
