When a new employee joins a company, the company often checks their background to make sure the information they provided is correct. Most organizations often have Background Verfication Partners to carry out these verifications of employees on behalf of the organization. These partners verify details to ensure everything is accurate. It's like the company's way of double-checking things to welcome new team members smoothly.
With Keka, you can integrate with Ongrid as your Background Verification Partner to handle employee verifications for your organization. Let us now understand the process of integration in detail.
Integration of Ongrid
To integrate Ongrid as your background verification partner, click on Apps (1) from the left navigation menu. Now scroll down to find the option of Ongrid and click on Configure (2)
When you select Configure, you will be taken to the Ongrid Integration screen. Here, you can choose to make Ongrid your verification partner by clicking on Contact (3) to share your details for them to get in touch with you.
If you are already using Ongrid's services, click on Connect (4) and input the Client ID, Client Secret & Community ID provided by the Ongrid team. This allows you to seamlessly integrate your data with Keka.
How to get Client ID, Client Secret & Community ID from Ongrid?
Once you have bought Ongrid services, you would be provided a pre-go-live checklist from the Ongrid team.
After providing the necessary details to the Ongrid team in the checklist, Ongrid team will provide the Client ID, Client Secret & Community ID over an email. These you will have to copy and paste in Keka to integrate Ongrid in Keka.
