Integrations - Online Meeting Platforms & Calendar Sync

At Keka, we understand the importance of integration with third party applications. Integration with third-party apps enhances the functionality and effectiveness of an HR portal, contributing to increased efficiency, improved data accuracy, and a more seamless experience for both HR professionals and employees

Go to Settings (1) and click on Integrations (2), under Integrations, you will see the different types of integrations possible through Keka Hire.

In this article, our primary focus will be on Online Meeting Platforms and Calendar sync (3).

To integrate with Zoom

Click on the 3 dots at the top right corner of the Zoom card, and then click on Configure.

You will be directed to a new tab where you will have to enter your Zoom credentials. Login into your zoom account and you will be able to use this account for interview scheduling in the future.

After the configuration is completed and You can temporarily stop the integration by clicking on the Enable/Disable toggle within the Zoom card.

Microsoft Teams and Google Meet integration on the other hand, involves a two step process.

The first step is to switch the toggle to enabled on the specific card.

Now, got to your profile by clicking on the icon (1) at the top right corner of the screen, then click on Profile (2).

Now, each of the users of the Keka Hire portal will have to go to their profile and enable the integration for themselves from the Integrations tab.

Let us take a look at how to do the same -

Click on the dropdown (1) at the top right corner of the screen and click on Profile (2).

Once you are on your profile, click on the Integrations (1) tab and switch the toggle (2) on the Google Calendar card to Enabled.

An overlay window will appear asking you to grant a certain permission in order to complete the integration and link your Google calendar to your

Sign-in to your google account and provide the necessary permissions when prompted. Once complete, your google calendar will now be integrated to Keka Hire.
