Integrating Google Meet with 1:1 meetings allows you to seamlessly conduct virtual meetings, making them even more convenient and productive.

Here's how to enable it:

  • The global admin needs to enable Google Meet from the Apps tab.

  • After enabling Google Meet, all employees can see the Google Meet option under "Me>>APPS"

Once an employee integrates with Google Meet using their Google account, they can create meetings using Google Meet.

To schedule a meeting using Google Meet:

  1. Navigate to Me>>Performance>>1:1 meetings and click on "Schedule Meeting."
  2. While scheduling, select "Google Meet" as the meeting platform.

When a 1:1 meeting is scheduled using Google Meet, it will be shown in the Google Calendar of all participants.

Once the meeting is scheduled, the meeting link will be displayed in Keka. Participants can simply click on the link to join the meeting.
