Integrating Google Calendar with 1:1 meetings allows you to seamlessly conduct virtual meetings, making them even more convenient and productive.The calendar integration suggests meeting times based on the availability of the meeting participants. Users can pick a suggested time and schedule a meeting instantly.

Here's how you can enable it:

  • The global admin needs to enable Google Calendar from the Apps tab.

  • After enabling Google Calendar, all employees can see the Google Calendar option under "Me>>APPS"

Once an employee integrates with Google Calendar using their Google account, they can see the available slots for the meeting participants.


To schedule a meeting effectively with Google Calendar:

  1. Navigate to Me>>Performance>>1:1 meetings and click on "Schedule Meeting."
  2. During scheduling, the user can view the tentative available timings for participants and select the most suitable time for the meeting. This will create an event in the Google Calendar of the participants.
