Using Attendance Reports

Here are the reports you can use as an admin on Keka to stay on top of leave and attendance:



Working Days & Effective Hours Summary: This report provides an overview of total days worked, including aggregated work hours, days of absence, leave taken, weekly offs, and holidays.


Worked on Holidays Summary - Employees Working on Holidays / Weekly offs: It lists employees who were present at work on holidays or weekly offs.


Attendance Status Report: This report allows you to see if and when an employee was Present, Absent, On Leave, on a Weekly off, and more for selected dates.


Working Days Summary: It offers a summary of total workdays, WFH/OD requests, absent days, penalizations, and leave taken/penalized, among other details.


Employee Attendance Report: This report shows the total present days, absent days, leave taken, and more for individual employees.


Attendance Exception Logs: It provides information on any restrictions or errors that might have occurred when an employee was raising attendance requests, such as adjustments, WFH/OD, etc.


Employees Time Assignments Report: You can select a date range to view assigned shifts and weekly-offs for employees.


Overtime Breakup Details - Employee Day-wise Overtime Breakup Details: This report identifies employees who worked more than the designated work hours during the selected date range as per the assigned overtime policy.


Overtime Consolidated Hours Report - Employee wise Overtime Consolidated Hours: It reveals the total Gross, Effective, and Overtime work hours of employees for a selected period as per the assigned overtime policy.


Overtime CompOff Details - Employee Day-wise Overtime CompOff Details: This report highlights employees who were awarded comp-off for overtime hours worked as per the assigned overtime policy.


Shift Allowance Details - Employee wise Shift Allowance Details: It provides information on employees who received shift allowances for shifts worked as per the assigned shift allowance policy.


These reports are valuable tools to help you efficiently manage leave and attendance data in your organization.
