Using Leave reports

In Keka, you have access to a comprehensive suite of leave reports that offer valuable insights into employee leave data. Let's explore the capabilities of each of these reports:



1. Employees Leave Requests:

This report enables you to track leave requests made by current employees, providing details on approval status and request durations.


2. Employees Unplanned Leave Requests:

Stay informed about unplanned leave requests from current employees, with information on approval status and request durations.


3. Leave Requests of Relieved Employees:

 You can view leave requests and their approval status for employees who have left your organization.


4. Leave Balances of Employees:

Easily access information regarding the available leave balance for current employees in your organization.


5. Leave Balances of Relieved Employees:

 Similar to the previous report, this one provides the available leave balance for employees who are no longer with the organization.


6. Leave Consumed:

 Analyze how employees have consumed their leave, categorized by leave types, over a specified duration.


7. Employees with Negative Leave Balance:

Identify employees who have taken more leave than their available balance allows.


8. Employees Compensatory Off Requests:

Monitor comp-off requests made by employees, including requested dates and approval status, within a specified time frame.


9. Leave Carryover (Imported) - Initial Adjustments:

Review leave carryover data from the last import and make any necessary adjustments.


10. Leave Consumed (Imported) - Initial Adjustments:

Similar to the previous report, this one focuses on leave consumption data from the last import and allows for adjustments.


11. Employees Leave Balance YTD:

13. Leave Accrued:

15. Leave Year End Process Report:

Review data related to leave encashment, carryovers, and expirations as part of the year-end processing.


16. Leave/Compensatory-Off Expiry Report:

17. Year Around Leave Encashment Report:
