When an employee joins an organization they are marked as in Probation, The probation period is the time a new employee takes to understand the organization policies and Job Responsibilities. At times, admins might want to extend the probation date for certain reasons. Keka provides the flexibility to prepone as well as postpone the probation date.
Follow the below path to do the same -
Go to the Global search bar (1) of the KekaPortal, and click on the Job (2) section. Then click on the Pen Icon (3) beside In Probation, under Job Details.
Now, select the extended probation date by clicking on the calendar under Updated Probation End Date (1) and click on Update (2).
This is how you can extend the probation date.
By following the same steps you can also prepone the probation date.
