To manage the capturing of attendance of the employees, Capture Scheme has been set up by the admins. But later, f the admin wants to make some changes in the same, Keka provides the flexibility to do the same.
Follow the below path to edit the same -
Go to the Time Attend (1) section of the Keka Portal, and click on Attendance Tracking (2). Then go to the Capture Scheme (3).
Then select the Capture Scheme which needs to be updated. Here, we have taken Executive Capture Scheme (1) for instance. You'll be taken to the Summary (2). Then click on the Pen Icon (3) to update the Capture Scheme.
There are a total of 5 steps (1) in the Capture Scheme, you can make changes to any of the steps as per the requirement and then click on Save & Close (2).
This is how Capture Scheme can be edited.
